Spin-On Cannister type Borg Beck branded filter used in conjunction with a Spin-On Adapter. This product is proposed as it almost exactly emulates the specification of the original cartridge filter.
It has a filter paper area of 1856 sq cm (Original 1631 sqcm)
It has flow rate and by pass valve values that match the Original filter.
It is made by an OE filter supplier and meets OE standards.
This filter and the oil should be changed at 3000 miles to maintain long term oil pressure and generally optimise performance of moving parts.
